Please read through our support options to guide you in the right direction. Our internet web support system is available 24/7. This includes:

FM synergy will provide 30 days complimentary phone and email support for TradeSchool once the product ships.  All support questions after 30 days will be charged $65 per incident.

We will also offer an excellent annual support program for keeping your copies of FileMaker up-to-date and receiving unlimited phone or email support. TradeSchool customers should be aware of our outstanding Maintenance Program, which ensures our staff is ready and able to help with your technical needs.

Please include your product name and version number when requesting help.

Customer of our Hosting Package also have phone and email support. Phone support is available 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday PST. Please include your main hosting domain and problem description when emailing or calling for support help.
