Maintenance Support Program

SupportFM Synergy fully supports all of our TradeSchool customers.  When you purchase your copies of TradeSchool and FileMaker Pro or FileMaker Pro Server, you will automatically receive 30 days free phone and email technical support.  All technical support after 30 days will be provided at a rate of $65 per incident. However the best support we can offer you is our annual Maintenance Program.

With a support Maintenance Program you'll receive 1 year unlimited phone and email support for your TradeSchool seats and you also receive new copies of FileMaker Pro and or Server if they are released by FileMaker Inc. during your contract.  With FileMaker updates and TradeSchool support, your maintenance contract ensures you get the best services for your products.  Read below for more details about our Maintenance Program.
