Each screen in TradeSchool has a help icon. Click the icon to open up the built in documentation at exactly the context where you are in the database. Use dynamic links in the table of contents or search the help database for quick answers to your questions. Document your own notes in the help system to track your thoughts, comments or ideas inside the help database.      |

Built-in help, documentation, tutorials and online forums are all provided by FM Synergy to support the TradeSchool software.
Your company may need one-on-one assistance, or specialized support in getting started or becoming more efficient with your database solution.FM Synergy can provide you with phone and email support as part of our Maintenance Program.
We also provide regional classes or on-sight training depending on the needs of your staff.
Context Help
TradeSchool offers easy access to context help.
Every screen has the familiar Help Icon identified internally with your exact location in the database.
Click on the help icon and immediately a window opens at exactly the context of help you need based on your current location.
User Forums
FM Synergy offers an online forum to registered users.
Forums provide general FileMaker support and specific help in using the TradeSchool product.
Utilizing forums is a great way to get help and offer your own input to the community.
