Intuitive Searching
Unlike many database solutions, TradeSchool requires no understanding of complex queries or archaic code languages.  Anyone can find records using the same screens where data is entered.  Click the “Find” button and instantly type in your criteria into fields.  Click “Perform Find” and TradeSchool delivers all matching records.

Creating a complex find?  Simply click on the “Save Finds” menu to store it with a name of your choosing.  Select the menu item at a later time to perform your search again.  You’ll never have to change windows or store procedures again to get the data you need.

Save Find Requests

With TradeSchool you can perform complex finds.  You can also perform additional find requests constraining or expanding your current found set.

Using these capabilities allows you to find exactly the records you're looking for.  More importantly, you can save find requests that are created, removing the need to recreate them later on.

Saving a request is as simple as performing your find, then selecting Save Find Request from the menu.

Saved find requests are available on the network for other users in your office.  You can edit find request, delete them, or rename them at anytime without having to leave the TradeSchool application.

No complex query languages or text editing is ever needed to search your TradeSchool database.

Creating a find request allows you to search based in data you enter into fields.

TradeSchool will find records matching fields 1 AND field 2 AND field 3 etc...

Creating another request allows you to find records that match request 1 OR request 2.

Create as many requests as you need.  Select Omit to show records NOT found.

Mix and match find capabilities to get exactly the records you're looking for.
