Visual Reporting Tools
TradeSchool Custom is a feature within the application which allows you to create an unlimited number of reporting layouts. Each layout uses familiar, easy to use, What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get editing tools.
Simple drag and drop allows you to create a variety of list, form, table or summary layout reports. Saved reports can be used later simply by selecting from the pull down menu.
Select from background patterns, fonts, styles, color, graphic objects and a wide array of formatting options.
Everything is done using point-and-click or use familiar short cut keys. All reports are designed with simple drawing tools, and can be edited at anytime without having to use any other software application.
Excel Export
Save As Excel for easy output in Microsoft Excel format.
TradeSchool makes it easy to send your data into your spreadsheet application for previewing in a variety of chart and graphical formats.
TradeSchool uses FileMaker Pro's built in Save As Excel menu item to export only the records you're currently viewing.
From there use your own skills in creating custom bar graphs or pie charts for analyzing data in a graphical way.
Custom Fields
TradeSchool comes with a predefined set of custom Text, Number and Date fields.
Simply set the label name of your custom fields in the Settings module, and users will see the label for entering data.
Custom data can be used in reports, searching, sorting and exporting.
