This is the flagship TradeSchool Software solution.  The bundle includes 1 Seat of TradeSchool and 1 copy of FileMaker Pro 11.  Purchase additional Client Bundles for more computers to connect at the same time.

TradeSchool Server Bundle

FM Synergy ships a pre-configured server to host your TradeSchool database using FileMaker Server 11.  The Client Bundle can host the TradeSchool database for up to 9 users, but the Server allows unlimited connections, is much faster, can handle hot backups on a scheduled basis, and is the only method for communicating to the web with Web Services.  This bundle includes 1 license key for FileMaker Server, pre-configured backups onto a separate external hard drive (included), monitor, keyboard and mouse.

TradeSchool Web Services

FM Synergy provides a web service which allows your members (apprentices, journeyman, other) to make a live connection to your TradeSchool software.  Apprentices can view their status, see grades and test scores, enter monthly work reports and update their contact information.  Journeyman can update their contact information, signup for classes online, view their web transactions, see their certification history and more. The Web Service is priced on both an annual fee and a service charge for every apprentice (user) who logs in.  The service charge is only applied once a year and due upon renewal.  So if an apprentice logs in, he is tagged with a service charge ($.060) for the year, and can log in unlimited times for that year.

NTAS Migration

For NECA-IBEW JATC's who need to migrate data from NTAS, FM Synergy offers a flat fee for limited data migration.  Not all data can be migrated from NTAS, however, the core information can.
